The Senior Software Engineer will lead a high-performing engineering team building scalable APIs and data platforms, owning delivery and technical direction while applying AI-first engineering practices. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with operational excellence, reliability, quality, observability, CI/CD, secure development, cloud-native infrastructure, and engineering leadership. Candidates need extensive experience with Go and Python, distributed systems, data platforms, large-scale data processing, observability, and AI-assisted engineering, along with a bachelor’s degree or higher and typically at least eight years of related experience.
