Description
NICE is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for cloud and hybrid infrastructure. The role focuses on Python-based IaC code generation with Terraform and Jinja2, Puppet configuration management across Linux and Windows, PowerShell automation, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD integration, testing, documentation, and operational excellence. It is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Director, Cloud Operations CXone, EMEA, and follows a hybrid NICE-FLEX model of two office days and three remote days per week.
