Nu is hiring a Clojure Software Engineer to build and maintain large-scale distributed backend systems for Nubank. The role focuses on horizontally scalable microservices, Kafka, AWS, Datomic, DynamoDB, Prometheus, Kubernetes, continuous integration and deployment, and agile software development. Candidates should have at least six years of digital product development experience, knowledge of object-oriented or functional programming, distributed systems and cloud technologies, CI/CD experience, and advanced English skills. The position offers a base salary of $147,996 to $185,004 plus RSUs and benefits.
