Onto Innovation is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its AiDiffract core software development team within the Analysis Software Division. The role covers the full software development lifecycle for optical critical dimension metrology software, including requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, quality initiatives, CI/CD, and secure AI-assisted code evaluation. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, proficiency in C/C++, C#, or Python, at least two years of professional software development experience, and familiarity with Windows, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and AI-assisted development tools. The position offers a base salary of $115,200 to $172,800 plus bonus and potential long-term incentives, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
