Performance Drone Works is hiring an experienced software engineer to develop and deploy software systems and tools for tactical robotic and sUAS product lines. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, cross-platform Qt and C++ application development, QML user interfaces, REST and JSON data integration, build and deployment workflows, code quality, performance optimization, security, and field troubleshooting. The position requires 5–7 years of professional development experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher. It is based in an office and manufacturing environment with occasional travel, and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
