PEMCCO is hiring a full-time Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical software applications and systems supporting government operations. The role involves software architecture, complex problem solving, code reviews, technical documentation, configuration management, security compliance, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a master's degree in a technical discipline and ten years of relevant software engineering experience, with experience in government programs, Agile, DevSecOps, cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or enterprise application support preferred. The position offers $68.43–$112.91 hourly depending on experience and medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits.
