Pendo is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and own AI-integrated data systems for its predictive analytics platform. The role covers distributed data pipelines, backend services, AI and ML capabilities, production deployment, monitoring, cost, observability, and business impact. Candidates must have at least five years of experience building production-grade backend and data systems in distributed cloud environments, hands-on AI/ML integration, active use of AI-assisted development tooling, strong Java, Python, or Go expertise, and experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
