The role leads a cross-functional agile team, guides software architecture, contributes hands-on to Java and related development, mentors engineers, and drives DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, security, scalability, and maintainability. The position requires experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Java Developer in agile environments, along with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud, containerization, microservices, databases, and CI/CD expertise.
