Description
The Sustenance Engineering team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to troubleshoot complex customer and application issues, debug Java/Spring Boot and microservices, resolve escalated support cases, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent fixes and automation tools. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Linux, Oracle, Kafka, cybersecurity, networking, and L3 support, along with a bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include SaaS or cloud product experience, AI-assisted development tools, MCP integrations, automation scripting, and cloud or DevOps experience.
