The role is remote-first in Brazil with optional access to São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own the full software development lifecycle, improve software quality and architecture, handle incidents, mentor engineers, and work with Agile practices, APIs, database design, monitoring, and scalable systems.
