Remitly is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer for its Customer Success Technology team to lead technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap work for a next-generation customer success platform. The role involves building frontend, backend, and agentic AI solutions, improving customer and agent experiences, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of software engineering experience, leadership experience, DevOps and CI/CD exposure, and familiarity with modern AI development tools. The position offers a starting base salary of $152,000 to $190,000 CAD, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a hybrid work arrangement with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday.
