Rokt is hiring Senior Software Engineers to build and scale core ecommerce platform systems across areas such as customer data infrastructure, data platform engineering, commerce systems, real-time personalization, or foundational platform services. The role requires 3-5+ years of commercial software development experience, strong programming and system design fundamentals, and experience with web application development, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, API development, or data platform engineering. The position is based in New York with an in-office expectation most days, offers a target total compensation of $245,000-$360,000 including salary, equity, and benefits, and emphasizes ownership, collaboration, mentorship, and AI-enabled development.
