Description
Roku is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale large platform products and services for its browse and discovery platform, including The Roku Channel. The role involves collaborating with Product and Design teams, evaluating technologies, managing priorities, and participating in Agile development from technical design through deployment and maintenance. The position requires strong software development experience, preferably Java, expertise in large-scale cloud services such as AWS, knowledge of data stores and caching systems, production troubleshooting experience, and a master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience. Roku generally supports office attendance Monday through Thursday with flexible Fridays.
