RTS Labs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of large-scale, complex software systems, influence architectural direction, manage delivery risks, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, data, and other engineering teams. The role requires 5–8 years of software engineering experience, expertise in software architecture and cloud platforms, proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, and familiarity with containerization and system design. The position offers a hybrid-remote model with team members within 30 miles of the Glen Allen/Richmond, Virginia office working on a hybrid schedule and those further away working entirely remotely, with an expected base salary of $110,000–$135,000.
