Description
Scope is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve AI-native inspection software for field workers. The role involves creating systems for voice notes, photos, videos, and automated reports; engineering context for AI models; improving a workflow builder; and designing product architecture for unstructured data, AI integration, offline and online behavior, and product simplicity. The engineer will work across product, business, clients, and key accounts, with a five-day-in-person schedule in Farringdon. The position requires strong technical skills, ideally in mobile or client-focused applications, and 5+ years of experience; Expo or React Native experience is a plus. Compensation is £120,000–£150,000 base plus significant equity, with full visa sponsorship and comprehensive benefits.
