Selector is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a backend-heavy role focused on production ETL pipelines, data models, integrations, and agentic AI workflows for its operational intelligence platform. The engineer will build customer-facing backend systems, lead architecture and deployment, mentor engineers, and support pre-sales and proof-of-concept activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher, 3–7 years of technical experience, strong Python and SQL skills, cloud and containerization experience, and customer-facing communication skills. Compensation is $150,000–$185,000.
