Sinch Telco is hiring a Software Engineer focused on AI-driven development. The role involves hands-on software delivery using AI agents, establishing AI-assisted development workflows and tooling, evaluating agent frameworks, and defining requirements and product direction with product management. Candidates need extensive software engineering experience, knowledge of distributed systems and APIs, production experience with AI-assisted development tools, and familiarity with AI-driven workflows and the Model Context Protocol. The position requires Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship, a valid Swedish work permit, and does not support relocation.
