Steadily is hiring a full-time, in-office Senior Software Engineer for its growth team in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on building end-to-end customer-journey solutions, improving self-service for customers obtaining their first policy, and implementing analytics to identify customer pain points. The engineer will work across marketing, product, and engineering, using Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Django or FastAPI, Postgres, Kafka, AWS, and GitHub Actions.
