Steadily is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the core of its insurance technology stack. The role focuses on creating intuitive customer experiences, simplifying damage documentation, designing rating engines, and combining property intelligence APIs to identify flood, fire, and vandalism risks. The position is full-time and in-office in Austin, Texas, and requires experience with web applications and service-oriented architecture, along with familiarity with Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, React, Django or FastAPI, Postgres, Kafka, AWS, and CI/CD.
