Steadily is hiring a full-time, in-office Senior Software Engineer for its growth team in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on building end-to-end customer-journey solutions, improving self-service for customers obtaining their first policy, and implementing analytics to identify customer pain points. The engineer will work with marketing, product, and engineering, use a Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, React, Django/FastAPI, Postgres, Kafka, AWS, and GitHub Actions stack, and deploy production code quickly.
