The Senior Software Engineer will own the technical aspects of assigned software applications, participate in designing and developing systems application programs, and serve as a senior member of an agile team. The role includes mentoring engineers, potentially managing responsibilities over 23 engineers, identifying innovative technologies, and collaborating with product owners on blueprints and annual feature planning. The position is remote in Phoenix, Arizona, lasts 12 months, requires at least 10 years of experience and a BE, and requires Agile development experience, Python and Java knowledge, and good communication skills.
