Syntho is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize frontend and backend components across its distributed computing platform. The role focuses on performance, scalability, maintainability, production-ready features, testing, observability, and architectural improvements using technologies including Python, FastAPI, Next.js, Ray.io, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and Docker/Kubernetes. The engineer will also refactor large-scale applications, resolve performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with stakeholders on software engineering best practices.
