Syspro is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a permanent full-time hybrid role focused on owning complex C#/.NET services, modernising legacy systems, and leading technical design, quality, delivery, and engineering practices. The role requires 6–9 years of software development experience, strong C#/.NET and SQL expertise, Azure cloud and containerisation experience, distributed-systems knowledge, and the ability to mentor engineers. Responsibilities include end-to-end service ownership, refactoring, architecture reviews, event-driven integrations, CI/CD, SQL optimisation, modernisation initiatives, and coaching team members.
