Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is hiring a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of major retail platform solutions. The role combines daily hands-on coding and prototyping with client-facing technical leadership, trade-off decisions, mentoring, delivery sign-off, and post-release support. It requires strong retail platform knowledge, cloud-native and microservices experience, modern web and Java/TypeScript stacks, CI/CD and containerization expertise, and practical experience with generative AI and AI-assisted development tools. The position also involves leading Dual-Track Agile processes, technical design, API and integration work, and contributing to platform strategy.
