Description

TriNet is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to develop deployment frameworks, manage deployment automation, migrate on-premises workloads to AWS, and support engineering teams and technical leaders. The role involves hands-on coding, code and design reviews, technical strategy, project planning, metrics, and advocacy for automation infrastructure. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–8 years of development experience with scripting, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, cloud services, and deployment tools. The position is 100% in office.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field
Required Previous Experiences: 5–8 years of development experience writing Java, shell, or Ruby scripts
Experience writing automation scripts to streamline workflows
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Harness, and TeamCity
Experience with distributed systems and Linux shell scripting
Experience running and optimizing Docker containers and orchestrating and scaling them with Kubernetes
Experience using AWS, OCI, or Azure to build reliable and scalable deployment pipelines
Experience with deployment tools such as Harness, CloudBess CD, or Urban Code
Experience deploying code across multiple environments in a fast, scalable manner
Knowledge of Maven2 and binary stores such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus
