Description

The Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will backfill a senior engineer role across three interconnected codebases for a public-safety report-writing product: an Angular 21 client, an AWS serverless cloud service, and an on-premise .NET agent. Responsibilities include building and maintaining dynamic-form and offline-resilient client layers, designing Lambda handlers and infrastructure, extending AI services, integrating with Tyler's RMS, writing tests, triaging production issues, maintaining CI and release tooling, and mentoring mid-level engineers. The role requires at least five years of production software experience across Angular, TypeScript, AWS Lambda, and .NET, along with strong testing, serverless, integration, Claude Code, and production-support capabilities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years building production software with substantial depth in at least two of Angular, TypeScript, AWS Lambda, and .NET back-end services.
Experience building front ends for unreliable networks, including retry, optimistic updates, offline queueing, and conflict handling.
Serverless design experience involving DynamoDB, idempotent handlers, async jobs, IAM, and infrastructure-as-code.
Experience integrating with external systems over HTTP, including retries, token lifecycles, and partial-data handling.
Strong testing experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers, including non-flaky asynchronous tests.
Daily use of Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding tool for implementation, test repair, and code review.
Production support experience involving structured logs, traces, hotfixes, and risk communication.
Clear written communication in pull requests, ticket updates, and architecture documentation.
Preferred Qualifications: Public safety or records management domain experience.
Experience with NgFormly or another dynamic-forms engine and Angular signals or zoneless migration.
OpenSearch or Elasticsearch query optimization and index migration.
Experience building LLM-backed product features, including prompt shaping, async jobs, output evaluation, and PII handling.
Experience authoring MCP servers or tools for safe production-data access.
Experience with Terraform Cloud and shared GitHub Actions workflows.
Experience with GovCloud or other FIPS-constrained environments.
