UiPath is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Site Reliability team to design, build, and operate large-scale SRE platform systems and AI-powered capabilities used by other engineering teams. The role focuses on reliability, scalability, performance, observability, availability, customer impact mitigation, postmortems, platform adoption, integrations, and engineering process improvement. Candidates need at least six years of experience architecting and engineering large-scale distributed applications and services, including production AI applications, cloud infrastructure, databases, and modern software development practices.
