Unframe is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale its AI Agent platform for IT Service Management. The role owns full-stack product features, develops AI agents using Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs, designs scalable agent workflows, contributes to architecture, and collaborates with product, engineering, and research teams. Candidates need at least seven years of full-stack development experience, proficiency with React/Vue, TypeScript, and Python, LLM API and AI agent experience, and exposure to cloud, container, database, infrastructure, or workflow technologies.
