Description
Varick is hiring a senior software engineer to build and operate its agent runtime, model layer, evaluation and tracing infrastructure, and deployment tooling for long-running workflows across enterprise ERP and CRM environments. The role owns production reliability, provider-agnostic routing, durable execution, idempotency, failure handling, eval suites, and deployment into client-owned cloud environments. It requires at least three years of production software experience, strong backend and distributed-systems fundamentals, experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, and at least one LLM system shipped to real users. The position is on-site in Varick’s San Francisco Financial District office five to six days per week.
