Lansweeper is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Austin, Texas, for a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. The engineer will join the Redjack integration team and build reliable, scalable, observable, and well-tested software systems while validating AI-generated outputs and contributing to architecture, distributed systems, APIs, data models, and technical direction. The role requires 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience, C/C++/Rust, backend or distributed systems, SQL, and practical experience in AI-assisted development.
