Description

Pindrop is hiring a Senior Software Engineer on its Authentication team to build and scale secure, reliable cloud-native backend services and APIs powering Passport’s voice-based identity verification platform. The role involves Go and Python development, AWS/GCP infrastructure, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, production operations, authentication and fraud-prevention workflows, and integration of AI/ML risk and deepfake-detection capabilities. The position is remote-first, includes on-call participation, and offers a US base salary of $130,000-$170,000.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5-7+ years of professional experience developing backend services and APIs
Experience designing and operating cloud-native systems in AWS or GCP
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and production operations
Preferred Qualifications: Authentication, identity, fraud prevention, or security-sensitive product experience
Observability and production diagnostics experience
Experience with Redis, MySQL, RabbitMQ, or Elasticsearch
Exposure to UI or customer-facing product workflows
