Palantir is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to develop cloud and edge software for Command and Control and Agentic Autonomy systems used in operational and tactical missions. The role involves building software that interfaces with sensors, actuators, unmanned vehicles, LLMs, and autonomous platforms; developing algorithms for real-time state estimation and threat detection; and creating scalable, reliable, fail-safe systems. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, two years in system design or architecture, two years leading or mentoring engineering work, proficiency in Rust, Python, C++, or Java, a relevant advanced degree, and active US security clearance or eligibility.
