Description
Shield AI is hiring a full-time Autonomy Integration Engineer to build and maintain pilot integration environments, reusable test fixtures, and end-to-end examples for autonomy software. The role develops software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop tests, integrates and debugs planning, controls, simulation, and vehicle interfaces, troubleshoots failures across system boundaries, creates integration tooling and documentation, and supports deployment to representative hardware and flight-test events. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, C++ and Python software engineering skills, autonomy and robotics hardware integration experience, Linux debugging experience, and the ability to travel for lab, field, or flight-test events.
