Description
Artian AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Backend to lead the design and implementation of backend systems for its agentic AI automation platform. The role focuses on scalable services, APIs, orchestration, workflow engines, data models, integrations, permissions, state, observability, reliability, and enterprise deployment. The engineer will own major workstreams from design through launch, partner with AI/ML engineers, improve engineering practices, and mentor other engineers. The position is an in-person senior individual contributor role in New York and requires significant backend engineering experience, deep Python experience, and strong software architecture fundamentals.
