Description
Flex is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work across the full stack with a focus on backend engineering for its AI-native private banking platform. The role owns large domains and features involving card processing and issuing and core ledgering of financial transactions, while also contributing to platform architecture, APIs, data models, scalability, security, observability, and metrics. The engineer will lead technical decisions, mentor other engineers, drive technology frameworks, and work on-call. The position is available in San Francisco, Miami, New York, or fully remote, with candidates from Canada, the United States, and Colombia considered.
