Description
Grab is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to develop and own backend services and APIs used by mobile and web applications. The role involves product and technical ownership, scalable and testable code, engineering leadership, code reviews, observability, deployment pipelines, on-call production troubleshooting, and incident response. It requires at least five years of distributed-systems software engineering experience, Golang proficiency, database and cloud experience, and familiarity with CI/CD and testing. The engineer will report to a Software Engineering Manager in Singapore and work onsite in Grab’s Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia office.
