The role is a backend software engineer focused on designing and optimizing Go services for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency. Responsibilities include developing scalable architectures, capacity and performance planning, database tuning, infrastructure automation, production incident response, and mentoring peers. The position requires at least seven years of relevant experience, a bachelor's or advanced degree, strong Go and database skills, cloud and infrastructure-as-code expertise, and experience with development practices such as TDD, CI, and CD.
