Description
Grow is hiring a full-time Software Engineer to design, implement, deploy, and maintain backend services and APIs for Grow Therapy’s platform. The role owns end-to-end backend systems, drives architectural decisions, improves data pipelines and service reliability, supports A/B testing and experimentation, resolves data and performance issues, and mentors engineers. It requires 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, deep backend expertise, strong data and API skills, and experience with AI-assisted development tools. The position is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle, and offers a base salary of $182,000–$250,000 USD annually plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
