Description

Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineering IC4 to own the architecture and technical evolution of its high-throughput, latency-sensitive real-time bidding platform for Microsoft Ads. The role leads scalable backend systems, platform modernization, performance and reliability, instrumentation, observability, experimentation, and cross-functional technical leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field plus at least four years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience; the typical Canadian base pay range is CAD 114,400 to CAD 203,900 per year.
