Grab is seeking a Backend Engineer to join its Business Platform team and work on multiple backend services for merchants. The role owns end-to-end software systems, applies architectural and infrastructure best practices, partners with technical and non-technical stakeholders, improves engineering processes, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need at least six years of professional programming experience, strong Python and Go expertise, backend systems knowledge, cloud and API skills, and familiarity with generative AI, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
