Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2–4 years of backend software development experience, particularly with high-performance, high-concurrency systems
Experience designing scalable and distributed systems in a Linux environment
Experience with database optimization and scaling strategies
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
Experience with observability tools and monitoring and alerting
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
Experience with multi-step, tool-augmented AI development pipelines
Preferred Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field
Ability to develop complex business features with PM, QA, and front-end engineers
Experience promoting backend architecture upgrades or improving development processes
