Grab is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Backend to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go. The role involves service capacity and demand planning, performance analysis and optimization, architecture design, code reviews, infrastructure collaboration, and root-cause analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of backend development experience, Go programming skills, experience with relational databases and secure coding, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. The position is base onsite at Grab's Malaysia office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
