Wolt is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to own production systems and complex technical initiatives supporting inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, pricing, and fulfillment. The role focuses on designing, implementing, deploying, monitoring, and operating backend systems using Go or Kotlin, with responsibilities spanning distributed systems, APIs, databases, asynchronous processing, reliability, observability, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is based in Helsinki or Stockholm and may not support fully remote work or relocation.
