Justworks is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Benefits organization to own large-scale projects from discovery through launch, improve system performance and reliability, add capabilities to high-volume fault-tolerant processing infrastructure, enhance testing and continuous deployment, and keep sensitive data secure. The role requires at least seven years of professional hands-on experience, server-side programming expertise, SQL and cloud infrastructure skills, and experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with designers and product managers. The position is based in the New York City office and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a targeted base salary of $188,000 to $242,000 per year.
