Description
PointClickCare is hiring a hybrid Software Engineer to identify and execute software-development-cycle tasks, develop tools and applications, automate systems, debug and test software, review code, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and work with distributed computing systems such as Apache Hudi and Trino. The role requires experience with distributed computing and storage technologies, clean scalable code in Python or Java, relational databases, RESTful APIs, test-driven development, Git, monitoring tools, and a BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field. The position is hybrid and requires commutable distance to the specified office, with travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for team events.
