Description
Blend is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a hybrid role split between hands-on software development and internal developer enablement. The engineer will build production-quality features, review and test code, support developers with tooling and environment setup, advise on internal frameworks and trade-offs, automate repetitive workflows, and contribute to infrastructure-as-code and identity/security decisions using Terraform and AWS. The role requires 5–6 years of professional software engineering experience, strong .NET proficiency, software design and architecture skills, testing discipline, and the ability to act as an internal consultant.
