Description
Blend is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a hybrid role split between hands-on software development and internal developer enablement. The engineer will build production features, maintain scalable code, support developers with tooling and environment setup, advise on internal frameworks and trade-offs, automate repetitive workflows, and contribute to AI coding tools, infrastructure-as-code, and identity and security decisions. The role requires 5–6 years of professional software engineering experience, strong .NET proficiency, software design and architecture skills, testing discipline, and the ability to act as an internal consultant.
