citema is hiring a Senior Software Engineer C++ in Kiel for a hybrid role. The position develops complex, high-performance, and scalable C++ software; advances automation through unit and integration testing and CI/CD optimization; mentors junior and mid-level developers; and leads complex technical problems and pair programming. Candidates need a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, several years of software development experience with modern C++ and Qt, knowledge of software design patterns and distributed-system architecture, technical leadership experience, and very good German.
