Pico Technology is hiring a C# Technical Lead to lead the design, maintenance, and modernisation of core software architecture, mentor software development engineers, drive major projects through design and deployment, and handle performance-critical work involving data acquisition, real-time data decoding, and signal processing. The role requires expert C# proficiency, software architecture experience, hands-on experience with signal processing or real-time systems, and proven technical leadership; UI design experience is preferred. It is a full-time hybrid role based in St Neots, with up to three days from home and two days onsite, and offers £70,000 in compensation.
