Description
Praxipal is hiring a (Senior) Software Engineer to build and scale production integrations for Luna, an AI receptionist expanding into end-to-end patient communication across medical practices. The role focuses on read/write integrations with practice management systems, scalable infrastructure, reliability, observability, incident triage, and integration architecture and standards. Candidates need strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, and/or Rust, production software experience, and knowledge of integration patterns and distributed systems; healthcare, FHIR, German, startup, or scale-up experience is preferred.
